| After all the off track niggles the 53rd Sebring 12 Hours lived up to the high standard that this classic race demands. Arguably the two finest sportscar drivers of the era, each in the pre-eminent car, the Audi R8, gave an exhibition of flat out driving through traffic at night rarely matched in history. If you were there you will know what you saw........if you were not then shame on you. In addition to this, the GT1 class battle of Corvette v Maserati v Aston Martin v Saleen v Ferrari ended in triumph for the Prodrive Astons ............. all this and a wedding on Friday at Turn Ten ........ Sebring 2005 was as good as it gets ........... roll on Le Mans. Here is a sample of race action ................. |
