The Grand Am series made it's swing through the west coast last month starting at California Speedway in Fontana and then up to the Monterey Peninsula. Touching down at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca for the inaugural running, Grand Am and the supporting acts filled the paddock with entries. Ace lensman, Hal Thoms, was also in attendance and has provided a look of what he saw at a day at the races. On the technical side, it should be noted that Hal was shooting film, not digital.
