is it only the 9th edition of Don's dream, Petit Le Mans? Well, the term instant classic
was invented for such events.............the latest incarnation did not disappoint with a
few welcome additions to the grid from Europe and wins for the usual suspects, Audi
and Porsche in prototype classes........and hard earned victories for Aston Martin and
Porsche in the roofed classes. Our man at the armco was, as ever, Rick
Dole............enjoy the visual feast. |
