| The success story that is Grand Am 2005-style continued last weekend with a trip to the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City. Top line drivers, a good crowd and hard racing were given the perfect finish when local hero Luis Diaz and his partner Scott Pruett took the overall honours for the Chip Ganassi team in their Lexus Riley. As befits any good spaghetti Western there was even a brawl.....not in a bar but by the Armco.........predictably the TV stations featured this rather the real on track action.........well, what else would you expect? SCP had its own answer to The Magnificent Seven's Vin, Rick Dole, down at ground level, south of the border...........here is some of what he shot................ |
